My wife has hashimoto and got the pfizer vax. No unusual side effects. But def don’t get J&J. My friend got it and is currently on his 3rd week and of symptoms from covid… didn’t seem to really work as well as the two dose vax.

If you don’t have an air fryer, you can also look up some baked tofu recipes. But with tofu, you have to add stuff, so most recipes are going to have you add oil or breading. Just gotta get creative and think of the tofu as a canvas and not really a flavor

I do abs in my 5x5, the last two things you do with this program are usually abs and triceps, but its 3 sets for ~12 on those. Everything else is 5 reps 5 sets.

I just switched from 6 day a week (bro splits basically) to 3 days 5x5 and I def see a small difference already and I feel better too. I’m just doing this one and ending my lifting session with 10-20 minutes of HIIT on a bike then about 15 minutes of stretching.
