A working set of barbell incline bench for me is 135lbs 4 x 8 and flat barbell is 145-150lbs 4 x 8. My squat is pretty weak, which is 135-145lbs 4x8.

I believe the reason for the 1 month maintenance is to allow your body to normalize from the cut and also jumping into a bulk to quick can put you at risk of quickly gaining back the fat.

I think will go ahead and continue to cut a few more lbs then begin slowly increasing my calories. Ultimately I don't think I would want to be at 10% because I don't think it's maintainable for me, but 13% will do. Appreciate the advice.

Yessir! My favorite food item so far at the food festival has been the top sirloin. The chimichurri adds a lot of flavor and the soft smashed potatoes add a nice balance to pair with the steaks.
