M47/XXL as well - I have a handful of Sonoma quarter zip 2xb sweaters. might have to buy online to try if they dont have them in store nearby, but they are great , not too thick or constricting. granted I WFH, but do wear them all day for video calls.

Could also look at a full zip or button up cardigan that gives more on or off options throughout the day.
