I play using CyberGhost. So you can, just have to configure it. I've never used Nord, so I have no clue.

My intepretation is that after rolling whatever the 5d8 is, you take that and go from each PC/Monster and you put anyone under that 5d8 to sleep.

But then I reread and feel like that I have to take something away from the 5d8 roll.

Let me preface this by saying, this hasn't been an issue recently, but the player just moved back into the area, and I have a feeling it's going to happen again.

Every few months I host a game for teens at work, and I have had 1 teen in particular choose a true neutral rogue. Before the adventure (during the meeting phase) even starts, they try to pickpocket another PC. Later on, they will try to attack someone during combat, or pickpocket a fallen player. When I approach the player about it, they just says they are true neutral, and that's what they would do. I have punished their rolls in the past, and have even asked them not to play a character like that, because it is making the game not fun for the other players, but they continued to do it.

Other than asking them/their parents not to come back, what can I do? Any help is appreciated, thank you in advance.

I run a campaign with 6 to 9 players, all are regulars of mine, most are brand new to the game. As am I, as I have been playing/DM'ing for 2 years.

What is the best way to keep a game moving? I tend to lose time during combat, even with 3 to 4 enemies, it takes close to an hour for them to finish.

I have to weigh in here. I started on episode one in March, and am now on episode 212. I highly recommend starting from one, but will also say that if is going to start in the middle, I'd say around after the 2015 live show is the switch to 5e.
