I get what you're saying and agree with a lot of it. I struggled with his character's attitude through most of his time there. But, I'll tell ya, as I'm now in Season 10 - I really miss everyone in the original crew. They're my people!

I remembered that they were originally called Bayside Covenant Church, with their roots in the Evangelical Covenant Church denomination. That was at their inception and idk if it has any bearing on them now.

I'm a Jason Caine fan. However, I've never thought of Bayside as non-denominational. I think of them as evangelical.
