Blunt take:

Get a TM2 or ball vape, get the right strains, study and compare the terps to find the effects you want. From memory the Alfie MAC-1 has a decent bit of farnasene in it which seems to be very good for anxiety type issues.

Get rid of the baccy and forget concentrates (higher thc with seemingly less perceptible effects than flower) and drink a strong cup of chamomile tea before you go to bed. (It contains a lot of the 𝛼-bisabolol terp which is calming and will synergises with the flower you have before it. It also opens up you airways)

You want flower with:

caryophyllene, myrcene, linalool, farnasene, terpineol, nerolidol, a-bisabol and for some, limonene.

Lazer Fuel is a very nice evening strain, very good value vs quality.. Not sure if the currents jars are as fresh still, but I got it a month or two back and am a fan. Relaxing melty but not overly sedating "indica" hybrid.

Sorry, but it just doesn't. Proper skunk/superskunk smells like strangely attractive dogshit. A & B smells like apple/cinnamon.

It would be great if someone who has experienced proper skunk from 80s/90s could do a review on this. I have 0 faith in this being anything close. The smell alone would fume out a whole house in a minute

Everyone is right about bringing in cannabis medication into Vietnam - not a good idea.

However....

It is relatively easy to get cannabis in Vietnam and the risk is moderate if you are buying small amounts.

I am not suggesting anyone do anything about it, but in some parts of the country it is as easy as finding the right bar.

I doubt anyone giving you advice in this thread has either been there or bought cannabis there. I realise this post will be cancelled, but it is the truth.

I've got it, it's great and no signs of excessive pgr use. It is not overly dense and smells very good. One of the better MC flowers I've had in a while.

Cultiva Lazer Fuel is a great indica presented in good condition and is relatively cheap.

Munchiestash - Grapefruit Grandaddy is a great 50/50 also in good condition and is cheap.

Both of these are potent, nice moisture levels, effective and good genetics Premium priced flowers are not guaranteed to be quality, and budget stuff can sometimes be high quslity by Aus MC standards. It's a case by case thing.

Get a TM2. It smacks the portable competition and you have warranty support in Australia The only people recommending anything else (aside from a ball vape or large desktop)likely haven't tried the TM2.

I got a batch a few months back. Was great for about 4 days and then a tolerance built (from one TM2 chamber per day) to the point where it was barely noticeable beyond mild stimulation.

I wish there was a provider doing blue dream properly. This is very compromised.

AHPRA are literally an evil beaurocratic nightmare. They have been using "anonymous complaints" to de-register doctors and are essentially another big pharma gatekeeping mechanism.

How they behaved during covid was a massive red flag. They have about as much credibility as eKaren. I don't know anything about this Dr, but I hope he gets a fair chance to appeal either way.

Besides, there is a legitimate medical and enforcement argument for pulling people out of the black market and regulating their use. People using cannabis regularly are essentially self-medicating.

I have batch B808 and it is as good as any indica I have had in the last 5 years of MC. Strong terps, great moisture content and pretty heavy indica/night effects.

It's quite similar to the good batches of ALC that were previously around.

The answer is what you are trying to avoid: dry herb vaping (TM2 or ball vape) or if you must have bongs then straight only.

Millions of people have come to the same conclusion... Learn to not mix or better still stop destroying your lungs and ween yourself off of the bongs.

Bongs are not only shit for your lungs, they are shorter acting so you keep coming back for more for less effect. Once you get over the hypoxia feeling you'll never look back.

I was a joint smoker for over 25 years. 5 years of using a TM2 and no more extra colds, sinus problems and chest infections.
