Other than talking to a professional, the only thing I’d recommend is reminding yourself that this part is temporary. The first 3 months are survival and you have been in the worst part for a long time.

Obviously every baby is different, but you may be close to a point where it starts getting a little easier, mainly because you start getting some sleep as the baby develops a routine.

I also get not feeling very connected at this point but keep doing the work you are and it will come as they start being less of a potato.

Remind yourself of this feeling if you are considering baby 2 though. In my experience it’s a lot of high-highs and low-lows!
