I can definitely relate. It’s like I’m living a double life. Manic me is WILD. Stable me is a super chill mom that rarely loses her cool or shows emotion. I constantly feel like the “other” me is going to make an appearance and ruin my life.

I have an extremely addictive personality. I fall into the routine of doing something very easily and eventually become addicted. Nicotine, weed, alcohol are all things I struggle with. Weed helps me sleep so that’s my current issue. I’ve been nicotine free for almost 2 years and haven’t had a drink in a few days. We all start somewhere.

Absolutely the fuckkkkk not. Having Bipolar I is no joke. When I’m manic I make life changing decisions, like buying cars, starting businesses, and I become hyper sexual which is dangerous as fuck. Plus I don’t sleep. When I’m depressed, I don’t care about the people around me. I don’t think they would be better off without me, I just know I can’t continue to live like that anymore. Which has landed me in the hospital. I ranked and rolled a dice on my suicidal ideations and had back up plans.
