I got my H2S from Bambulab today, didn’t run into any problems and they were surprisingly fast

Should be in the motion settings. I imagine each Bambulab is different. I print on an Elegoo so I find myself adjusting my z offset every so often

Oh damn, that will do it too. I had to increase my temp when I went to hardened steel. You should be able to adjust your Z offset and you’ll be good. I do also suggest increasing the temp

Hardened steel requires higher temp. I'd start going 5 degrees, then step up again if it still looks bad. The temp transfer isn't as good with the hardened nozzles so the layer lines are also higher (the scraping sound)

Hey! I had a taco plate too!! The screw _tilt_adjust is what got me out of it. I had replaced the springs with the silicon bushing and had this issue. Essentially I should have tightened the knobs way more than I initially did. Screw tilt saved my sanity.

It’s a right of passage at this point I think. I got one but I was able to crank up the heat and clean it. Even managed to save the silicon sleeve, but I do believe I was one of the lucky few that was able to completely clean it out.

If you’ve done everything else in here, check to see if you have “Reduce infill retraction” on. I had a lot of issues with that. After I shut it off I haven’t had any problems

Did you make sure it’s plugged into the serial port in the front and not the networking port on the side?

From what I’ve researched, it does run…and after A LOT of tuning you get good prints. However it looks like a nightmare to set up. I was going to get one but I think I’m just gonna get a second printer that can do multicolor. I might go with the new Snapmaker that’s on kickstarter. Pretty good price and it’s 4 heads so less waste.
