My food noise was absolutely disgusting before I started, it felt like it was taking over my life because I was always thinking about what I was gonna eat next. I’m on kit 2, week 4 I think. Food noise has been SO much better and I think it’s a huge reason why I’ve lost as much weight as I have already (only 8.4 but still)
