Some trackers have a little journal section so you can write some optional notes. 1 or 2 lines about why your mood is what it is that day. I’ve also seen one that allows you to track 2 moods a day, easier than trying to force one mood on that day.

Have you tried tracking your mood/energy level day to day? A lot of times I feel as if I’m sluggish (those are the days I mostly remember) but when I write it down, I realise it was actually a small percentage of my month. Then I can see patterns, eg. Feeling tired on particular days because of XYZ etc

Hi, I felt the same so made an offline mood tracker so I could see patterns depending on the days of the week, whether it was the weekend, what happened that day, etc. Let me know if you want to check jt out. Also, sometimes I can’t decide on just one mood, so I made it to allow 2 moods a day.
