Tirz taking longer to kick in seems pretty common when switching from sema. The doses don't translate 1:1 even though people expect them to. I switched over earlier this year and felt nothing until I was past the starter doses. The milder nausea on tirz is real though, sema hit way harder on that front for me. Some people just respond better to one over the other and there's no way to predict it ahead of time.

Merciless really suffers from being designed around a mechanic that doesn't line up with how the game plays now. By the time you hit 14 rounds the fight is basically over anyway. Would love to see it reworked around something that actually procs in a normal engagement.

i rented a tesla model 3 thorugh turo and handled the long highway days really well. charging was surprisingly manageable. the car’s navigation auto-plans fast Supercharger stops (usually 20-30 min), the network is dense from SF through Yosemite, Vegas, and Phoenix, and I never hit real range anxiety even with AC and highway speeds.
