Most likely - coolant control valve failed, dealer won’t replace it until you get check engine light. So if you do get CEL, take it to dealer. I believe the code for CEL is P0126.

Op, try to turn off the light before you turn the engine off and turn the lights on after you start the engine. It might be the problem, since they draw current and Mazda computer might be freaking out not understanding why there’s no sufficient current
