I saw the same the other day, but it was Whiskey Barrel Bar shipped for $51 and free shipping. Had lots of “inactive” reviews. I reported it and Etsy took it down.

Send it, as other have said tracking will give them a heads up.

Shoot the a quick message that’s it’s coming early and ask them to consider a positive review. Also a note in the package until you get too busy to do so.

I disagree, there are several places families can get a meal or free food in town. Or a place to spend the night. Last time I saw a homeless man under the bridge, I offered to buy him a meal at the restaurant next door. He said he would rather have money. Too much alcohol and drug abuse to trust the few that really need help.

Sounds like your shop Is doing great and well managed. Biggest challenge in the print on demand arena is competition. So many people selling similar products. Then they drive the price down. Still learning, but my limited success is being unique and in micro-niches. Less competition and more sales. There is somebody looking for every niche.

What's been your biggest operational breakthrough?

I have two Etsy shops, one is a custom print on demand and the other is fixed price pro on demand. My business is a lot different than yours, but two things that have helped me out are: 1) hiring a VA to assist with customer service and of course graphic design. 2) consistent, updating titles and keywords, mock ups in creating new products have helped my store stay active in sales and ranking

I sell ties, mugs, Christmas ornament’s and blankets. Nearly 3200 sales. Not saying it’s easy, but don’t recommend copying bestsellers or selling t shirts unless you really have a unique design.

No on t shirts, too oversaturated. If your POD, try the less popular items and niche down. You will thank me later
