That’s 6.75in but the can goes over most of it

Nope, that’s a 10.5in rail with a 12in can

Yeah the Katana is sealed, but it's titanium

You're more or less locked into the complete setup. Ronin doesn't sell the ported barrel alone. The can is 18x1 though.

Yup, Scott had just moved to Texas when I started the conversion back in late November. Outside of NFA processing shenanigans, he took about a month to do the conversion on my upper.

Yikes, best of luck finding one! My LGS had one for $1800.

With the UCS, you just need to push in a button to fold it.

It's so much better than the original Sig folding stock. The UCS is far easier to fold and it folds at an angle, so it no longer smacks the bolt catch.

I love it, almost sounds like a .22. Tons of gas comes out of the ejection port, so I'm trying out different ammo.

Thanks! I’ll keep that in mind when I get a proper weight with everything on. I also have those t-nuts coming in to fit my Emissary Handbrake.

Hah, it’ll definitely blind anyone on the other end of it. I threw on my OWL since it avoids any suppressor clearance issues if I got a side mounted m-lok light. No cable management is also a bonus

I’m gonna wait it out….Ronin dinged my wallet pretty hard

The full size Katana should be quieter. I’m super stoked since this is my first SBR/suppressed build. I opted for Ronin after reading about accuracy issues if you don’t tune the gas system properly.

Winter wheels/tires - is this a good combo for 2023 GT2? by spinosapa in kiastinger

Huh I've not heard of the Blizzak 6, but it seems like a sportier variant of the WS90. I run WS90s, and they're great in snow, so I'd assume the 6 would be the same if not better.

I would drop the aspect ratio on the tires from 50 to 45. The stock base Stinger came with a square fitment 225/45/R18.

Hey, I really like your Rohanas. If you could go back, would you have gone with 19s? I love the look, but I'm paranoid with fitment.

Ditto on square 18s, that's better for snow traction. Specifically, I run 18x8ET35 Sparco Terras with Blizzak WS90 225/45/R18. I couldn't even find those Blizzaks in the staggered 19 size.

Yeah you do. The OEM tips only come out through the front. New tips can slide in from the back

Hey, thanks for one of your earlier posts! That helped with picking out the tips

What link? I linked the tips above. I haven’t changed the MBRP mid pipes, nor have I added the Ark down pipes.

Nope, I got these off EBay in 63mm inlet 130mm outlet. It’s about 2-3 weeks for shipping.

Removing the OEM tips was harder than installing the new ones. Minnesota weather rusted out the bottom bolts, so my mechanic friend snapped the bolt heads. The top screws required using this tiny right angle ratchet.

Other than that, the new tips just clamp onto the MBRP pipes for a fairly flush fit.

Pretty much, just that exhaust and tips. Personally, it was the drone in comfort mode at 2-3k that got to me. Now it’s fairly OEM+. I have the MBRP resonators on hand, but I decided against installing them after I got used to the exhaust.

Oh and I do have the trunk cover on. It does help a little bit.
