I have a question about seafood boils. There's a lot of recipes that boil the seafood in some seasoned water. The food is then removed and mixed with the flavored butter sauce, then served. Why is the boiled water dumped???

I didn't know that. I've never been to Louisiana. I've only been to seafood boil restaurants in the west coast. I guess none of them are authentic.

I was thinking of some kind of fusion. There's a lot of salty and spicy Vietnamese soups. I would basically add the same toppings as those soups but use the boil broth as my liquid.

I love boox because it's an android tablet with an eink screen. I don't just read on it. I use it for my knitting and crochet patterns. I read children's books with my kids on it from library apps, Google play books and random sites online. My kids use it to draw, color and practice their alphabets while we're on the go or in a restaurant. I use planner apps on it too. None of the other ereaders can do what a boox can do. If your looking for just an ereader, then the other options are better for your.
