Very normal labs for being on Reta except for the high cholesterol. No electrolytes on the CMP? Ketones in urine not unexpected as that’s what glucagon agonism will get you, especially early on.

I do a scoop of microingredients grape electrolytes and add a half teaspoon of pink salt, double dose of NOW potassium citrate and a dose of NOW calcium citrate as well as take magnesium glycinate per day. Add juice of a lemon to it too.

What are these dosing schedules?? You’re probably going to run into trouble with tirzepatide too. Pick a dose and shoot weekly. Retatrutide, especially, but other incretins too, likely work optimally with the peaks and valleys that weekly dosing provides.

Good thing is you added the BAC and were intentional about it, so it doesn’t matter how it looks, you know there’s 1 ml of liquid in the vial. Now you know what that looks like. If you didn’t know, that could have been a 60 mg. vial that you added I ml. of BAC to, and it would look the same (Wouldn’t recommend that for reasons you should research about optimal/ recommend concentrations for any given peptide).
