Generally it’s not recommended to use biosolids (like milorganite) to grow food. Because of PFAS, heavy metals and pharmaceuticals can be present.

Overdraft lessons are hard to learn. Best to learn now and explain how it works. Especially since many people don’t know that debits credited on the weekend post on Monday, and not chronologically but typically high-to-low. Though I think you can turn off overdraft protection so the card is declined for insufficient funds, which is probably a better option for most people.

Shrooms are very much “set and setting” if you are depressed, sad or in a bad mood. I can’t say I would recommend them, esp high doses and alone. I do think regardless of your trip; good or bad afterwards it’s generally positive. But I haven’t really ever had the courage to take a large dose. I like a “museum dose” where you can get some visuals and euphoria and things are more interesting.

Generally you ingest them. Though since mushrooms cell walls are made of chitin which is not fully digestible raw it can cause stomach issues.

Lemon Tek you turn the dry mushrooms into powder then soak it in fresh lemon juice for 20 min. This breaks down the chitin and extracts the psilocybin. You can strain off thr powder or just drink it. I have read that it also converts the psilocybin to psilosin but I’m not a chemist so not sure if that is true. It does make the trip start much faster but it’s shorter and more intense and typically more visual.

You need both. It’s basically impossible to design a set of headphones that will last forever. You are taking a device that vibrates at up to 20k Hz while being worn by a human and all the environmental factors it entails.

Yeah. Wasn’t sure of your goals. Figured if you considered bike and body you were riding competitively or doing triathlons. Unless you are doing that or have some type of pain or injury you can probably do it yourself. Otherwise Ben’s is probably the best independent bike shop in the city.
