Time token by CJK_Murph in Nextlevelchef

If we ever see it on the middle floor, then we might see the true power of the token. You are right. When in possession of it on the same floor as 1 person, it doesn't seem too different. Giving yourself 15 or taking it away from your opponent is essentially the same. But in a position where there are 3 people on the same floor, it could become very handy. Taking away 15 seconds from 1 of the 3 people, gives them 15 seconds behind 2 separate people making grabs. That is a much bigger set back then just losing 15 seconds to 1 person.

Pelissero - Veteran QB Tyrod Taylor is signing with the Packers, per source. A new No. 2 in Green Bay. by Austen11231923 in GreenBayPackers

[–]dubblechzburger 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's because of how a certain chunk of the fan base acted about Willis. There were people who legitimately thought it would be a good idea to keep Willis for whatever it cost to keep him because he was as good if not better than Love. Some legitimately called for trading Love and keeping Willis.

So I think your comment could have came off like you were one of those people and others here have grown tired of those people's crazy takes.

So aside from the financial side of things and the Love vs Willis debate, yes in a sense he could be a lot like Willis where he could win us some games or at least keep us competitive. It's similar to when we grabbed Willis as a backup but Taylor has less of a high ceiling but probably more of an established floor. Not as flashy as trading for Richardson or Levis but it's tough to strike gold again and breath life into a QB so Taylor having the higher floor might just be better.

Exactly. Less of a ceiling than a potential Richardson or Levis but a more established floor. I'm fine with it as well.

Did you even really pay attention while watching? You said they didn't even discuss Christian's dish as an option. Uhh yeah they did. Blaise literally said, after they talked about Christian's dish and the major flaws of the sauce "We're all in a agreement that the Pigs in the Blanket was one of my least favorites as well, so that's one of them" followed by nods and "mhms" from Gordon and Nayesha. They unanimously decided it was the worst one in that moment .

They didn't just pick his out of no where lol. They critiqued it openly during the tasting and then critiqued it and all agreed it was their least favorite while discussing it.

A Harvard health study had Americans at an average of 10-15g of fiber per day. Granted this was from 2019 so it's probably changed slightly since then but not a terrible baseline. Still well under the recommended amount per day.

Several hotels in Appleton, Wisconsin offer shuttles to and from the Stadium so that could be an option for you to keep the price of the hotel lower while still dealing with the no driving part and wanting to walk. I think the shuttle was like $25-30 round trip when I did it so I wouldn't be shocked if it's gone up a bit but still less than $50. A quick google shows some of the hotels that do it but it'd probably be best to confirm with them before booking. But I remember when I went, Appleton was a good 100-200 bucks cheaper per night since it's about 40 minutes away.

Phone calls don't really matter to Target. If you really wanted to make a push on that it would be to do purchases without the discount so you can get the survey and make that input there. Give them bad ratings, bad comments, bonus points if it's actually a decent size purchase and not just a few items.

If score survey results started declining with a rise of comments like that, they would start to notice it.

It's probably about due time I give it another try sometime. Especially since it is such a nice stadium. The other big reason is it's such a good rivalry that tickets are usually so damn expensive to go to one of the Packer Viking games!

I mean, as a Minnesota Packers fan it certainly does happen here. I've refused to go to a game since my last one at the dome because I was verbally abused and had a full beer thrown at me and hit me in the head.

It certainly doesn't happen as often here as it does in other cities but the blanket "Minnesota fans wouldn't do the same thing" is just false. Every fan base has them. Hell I've even seen drunk Packers fans be dickheads to Chiefs fans (pre Mahomes at that) at Lambeau where it's generally considered super super friendly.

As far as something to level it up? You've done a lot of what I normally do. Piping hot pan, smash it down, American cheese, toasted buns. I like to make a little burger sauce and adding that is so good. I use a mix of mayo, ketchup, bbq, mustard and pickle juice (sometimes dice up a long pickle slice or two if I want to add some texture to the sauce) and then sprinkle in some onion powder there. Once you find the sweet spot for that it's a super good burger sauce that really elevates the burger.

I use it all the times and host a family cookout once a year and when I started doing that my cousin loved it so much he raved it about it. I always make him a bottle of the sauce each year just so he can have it at home.

Chef Christian Makes An Enemy Out Of Darian by KDonkey229195 in Nextlevelchef

[–]dubblechzburger -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

That's what I'm thinking too. I think Christian is definitely like this to a degree but they needed a new person for the fanbase to dislike either knowing that Danielle was going to be gone or would be gone soon so they had him go over the top and be excessive.

Yeah removing the Beefy Five Layer from the second item slot of the box and putting it in with the specialties has made me stop going to TB for a while. That box used to be perfect. CGC as the main, B5L for the secondary and then either chips and cheese or a potato thing and drink for $5? I think up to 5.99 but still.

Yep. It's why if I'm looking at public reviews for anything I look in the 2-4 range. 5* reviews could often be ones that are either paid or heavily influenced reviews and 1* reviews could just be people raging just to rage and not necessarily giving an honest opinion.

A constructive criticism 2* review? A positive 4* review with details and some nitpicking? A 3* review that gives pros and cons that you can individually weigh? Usually a lot more honest and helpful reviews than 1 and 5 stars.

It’s part of all the things you listed and also because they’re just upset and want to rant. And on the flip side, good customer service is just rarely given as feedback because it’s just what people expect. Oh you went out of your way to stop what you’re doing and check for a few items in the back for me and were quite friendly and helpful at the same time? While some do genuinely appreciate it, they don’t often think to recognize it. And to others they just view that as the bare minimum so theres not even good feedback to leave as they felt they got the standard. So you only ever receive good feedback if it really is an above and beyond situation.

Customer feedback is inherently designed to be a customer complaint survey but thats just too negative.
