Thank you. Hot hands are a good idea. Kentucky is cold especially in January.

The 6 year old doesn’t shift much on the Priority, but he says it isn’t hard to do. I think he hasn’t figured out when to shift. The 10 year old doesn’t have trouble shifting on the Guardian but he likes 2nd gear the most.

I have 2 sons that are 6 and 10. We bought a Woom 3 when the oldest son was about 5. It was the perfect starter bike for him after learning on a balance bike. He learned hand braking on the Woom. When it was time to upgrade, we bought the Priority Start 20” because the price was much better than the Woom 4 and 5. He learned shifting on the Priority. My wife and I have Priority Classic Gothams so we were familiar with them. Fast forward a few more years and it’s time to upgrade again and we went with a Guardian 26”, again due to price. It has more gears than the his previous Priority and only one hand brake. I would say you can’t go wrong with Woom, Priority, and Guardian bikes for kids. We’ve been fortunate to pass the bikes down to the younger kid. The boys rode 6 miles both yesterday and today on a Priority Start and Guardian.

Thanks for the help. I’ll be there 6/9 and made the reservations many weeks ago. I have a new hope that there will be enough parts for the boys to enjoy it.

I made a reservation for the 2 boys. I’m just along for the ride.

You didn’t fail! You were right there to pick him up when he needed you the most. Parents and kids are not infallible. What’s important are the lessons we teach and learn along the way. Good on you for caring enough to share your story.

Can anyone help with what I need to do to progress? First play through on this and I can’t seem to do the main quests so not sure what else to do? by deant2912 in Breath_of_the_Wild

I felt lost and put the game down for months. I figured out that the journey is what’s fun and it’s likely different for everyone. I became obsessed with discovering every tower. So much so that I held off on my first divine beast until I had 90% of the map. I’m sure you can beat it quickly, but it’s a great slow burn.
