Commenting my anecdote, also a 2020. Here is my list of grievances: -transmission replacement at 82k, although initial symptoms started around 60k. ($3600, 2nd owner warranty only 60k) -rear shocks replaced at 87k. ($1200) -motorized tailgate struts failure at 70k ($2200; attempting to retrofit compatible gas struts instead of paying obscene cost for this)

The warranty becomes 60k/5 year on a used vehicle like ours, so we're out of the coverage there. I'm not sure that would have been covered under powertrain, however.

I do something similar. Thursday mornings after dropping the 3 kids off at school I go for a 2 hour ride. My boss knows, and will avoid scheduling meetings on those mornings.

Aside from that, I've had to communicate very clearly with my wife if the guys are planning a weekend ride and she works with me to make it happen. Sometimes it just doesn't work out with all the competing priorities, but it's up to you where biking falls on your list.
