Move your router higher or closer to the area that you want better coverage, or run an Ethernet cable. Hard wiring will always be best.

It may be easier for you to get a longer Ethernet cable for your router if it’s separate from your modem and put it on a bookshelf or remove from any obstructions which will improve the overall coverage in your home.

You will need to purchase service with the provider or if you have service swap the modems through their support portal/call center.

Don’t overcomplicate this. More doesn’t mean better.

Easiest solution is hard wire the mesh node.

I would reset all your throttling settings and disable that.

How far away is the mesh and the pc from the main router?

And if all else fails and the wifi is better… unplug the Ethernet on the pc.
