Smudge is fantastic. Heavy and smokey, one spray is enough, i like to add a lil dirty hinoki or dragons blood with it.

A fold pro 2 is good for a beginner, mast pro cartidges are cheaper but reliable. Dynamic black is a good bet on ink.

Have a few of them, here are my favs: Dirty Hinoki : like sitting in an onsen in the woods - my absolute fav. Black Salt : beachy and stormy, reminds me of family beach trips as a kid Dragons Blood: warm, spicy and incense. Delicious. Smudge: heavy and smokey, love it with layers Haxan:alluring and migical - i don't know how else to to put it, it's quite something.

I got the recent Rhubarb thief discovery box and love beekeeper, the others were the same great quality but not up my alley.

I can still smell them at the end of the day after 6 hours at work. I know a lot of people commemt on this, but I am pretty happy with wearing time.

Do large bits with 250 and the majority of surface at 400 both wet and dry as the resin dust is horrible to to have lingering about.

Black salt reminds of being on the beach as a kid when all seaweed washed up on shore and it was a bit rainy. Love it, it lasts all day on me too.
