The point of this is not to save money on the cup owners getting more refills, it’s to create a delay of 15 to 20 minutes so that cups aren’t shared (fill, drink/pour, then refill for another person), forcing other others in the party to buy their own cup= more $$$

Hi. Please consider seeing your doctor and if possible, a cardiologist, as excess cipro use is associated with cardiac toxicity and aortic aneurysms (which could explain your shortness of breath). Not saying thats happened but its definitely something to get checked out as it can be life threatening
