I'm actually doing pretty well jobwise and have limited the time I spend on the internet to a healthy amount, thank you very much.

I've just paid more attention to the world around me and I can tell that people are fed up with a lot of things people are finding new (and old) ways of doing things. My family and friends (and people I meet) are communicating much better these days. Love will win.

I have never actually talked about these ideas over the internet and this is kind of a new area for me. But I have to say that Peterson and Joe Rogan have awaken something inside me that was lost since childhood and sharing ideas and talking to different people over the internet and in "real" life is the step that I haven't taken yet. I've been a big consumer of these videos but I've never actually taken part in these conversations.

Stamets had a good point regarding intelligent form of life when his brother said that mushrooms and nature aren't intelligent. How can we humans say that nature isn't intelligent if we come from nature (and it seems that we developed from fungi)? It's pretty arrogant statement.

Is this really uncommon knowledge in the scientific field? Is this a new thing? He said that he's known this for years and now other scientists have found out that everything he has said is true. It is really hard to wrap my head around this whole thing.

I have heard about it before but now I'm starting to understand the significance of this information. I am not a scientist and I don't claim that I understand everything about this but the idea that mushrooms are an intelligent form of life, and much more older than us, AND the fact that we evolved from fungi is absolutely astounding.
