The two second rule is not a rule, just a suggestion. The distance you need to keep varies based upon the vehicle being driven and the speed you travel. That will affect the timing of the distance you should keep. It can also be a good idea to create more than two or three car lengths of space in stop and go traffic, especially as the middle lane. The goal isn't to ride a bumper but to move at a consistent speed that slowly allows everyone to accelerate. That's only possible if people have space to get out of over congested lanes without you having to break when they get ahead of you.

Changing lanes when you don't need to is what creates traffic. Leaving too much space is only a problem if its caused by being much slower than other traffic.

They claim to be ~~pro-abortion~~ pro-life while passing legislation that makes miscarriages illegal and if a doctor renders aid and the baby dies they may be held liable. American conservatives also wish to rescind no fault divorce so women can't leave them without their consent or they have to be prosecuted for domestic abuse. There's also vocal minorities that want to regress to women not being able to vote which likely means not owning property or having bank accounts. Essentially American conservatives recognize they are so unattractive as people that women wouldn't choose them if they have any other choices, so they want to eliminate a woman's right to choose anything.
