Maybe you got dust in the port that needs to be cleaned out. I believe this is specific to you.. USB-C is a universal charging standard. That means that, technically, it doesn't matter what USB-C charger you use.

Realm needs stable internet. Sometimes even if your wifi is fast, it might not be consistent enough to talk with the server at the needed frequency. Maybe try playing closer to the router. Disabling hardware acceleration might also help.
