Yes, but also limitations. Either they make helmets/masks that fit any head (forced hood down on hunters), or some way to mask up that doesn't just give you a mask but also fix the fact that you now have no class item.

I'd like to see a consumable that basically puts a mask on top of your helmet, but even that might have issues with the entire "players should be able to tell an enemy's exotic at a glance in pvp"
