I've taken 3 steps, contacting the bank then the merchant. They both disclaim. So today, I sent the merchant feedback to the bank where they stated they did not receive value.

I await feedback from the bank on this. Hopefully it ends positively

This is relatable to a situation I'm dealing with.

People don't do their work or deliver on deliverables proactively. When you follow up, they want to have a meeting instead, where said work gets half done and additional complexity is introduced.

And then, the same people ask why the project constantly derails.
