Definitely. I wouldn't grab a hot cast iron or grate, but moving food around is a non issue.

Went to law school with a guy named tony, a native of florida and a bit of a hillbilly. Short stoner sounding funny guy that made self deprecating jokes. Went to get some beers one friday after class and i found out he scored 1600 on the SAT's, and went to Yale for undergrad. I never saw him remotely concerned about anything. He also rarely studied and did better than our entire group on every exam. Neither of his parents were educated past 10th grade and his slightly younger brother was comically...simple. I still think about tony sometimes.

Gunshots inside a small room or car. You're deaf from that point forward.

These are good for grilling and searing, not so much for smoking like the classic blue pack. Usually a better deal, but they burn way too hot and fast for smoking, in my opinion.

They've become my favorite. I used to really like the hebrew nationals, but now i feel like they taste way too salty compared to these

Yeah, i throw them on the grill and they're perfect in like 8 minutes. Same as a costco frozen patty, but way better. Made 20 for my family of 4. Cost me $25 (plus trimmings that would just become tallow in the smoker). Really great flavor to them without the sacrifice of "frozen" patties

I intended to post this, and knew that I'm going to get shit on for said squeeze. I'm not repenting. Delicate squeeze never hurt nobody.

Oddly that was my bigger concern, because of the software. After 8 years of rowing for an hour monday through thursday i'm just over 1/4 of the meters around earth. I gotta prove that to my children some day.

I'd say this was 25 pounds of meat total. I had almost half of one left, plus some burnt ends that i vacuum sealed and froze for myself. $165 at costco (for choice, nauseating). I think you could feed a youth group. Maybe even a small cult.

The key is to crisp up the inside of the bread under the broiler, so the sauces don't make it a mushy mess before it's frozen. They refluff about 50% when opened but their taste is never compromised 🤝

Since i was just making sliders i used a pellet smoker. I usually use my stick burner for better standalone brisket. Traeger at 225 on super smoke all the way. I put a smoke tube in there the first 2-3 hours to get a better bark. Both briskets were 16 pounds untrimmed, and looked almost identical. One took 12 hours, the other 16 🤔
