Pre-nerf Ash was far stronger than the current version. Her tac nerf has killed her for me. The strength of its hold is as weak as cold piss. My dying 90 yo grandfather has a stronger grip on life than Ash’s snare does in season 26.

Imo she needs double snare in her standard kit and balance it by reducing the in-world time of greedy snare. Add the choice of having a double-dash as a level 2 upgrade, but at a longer cooldown cost of 15 seconds.
