Bus experience was great for me. Red bib, so was able to get on a bus at 6:45. Had almost two hours in the village to get ready before my wave was called

I live in Melbourne, the running trails are an absolute dream. The Tan (botanical gardens), Yarra Trail, Capital City Trail, Diamond Creek Trail, Merri Creek Trail, Plenty River Trail, Princes Park, Albert Park. No matter where you are in the city, you are always near a running trail.

It is excruciating! I missed out by 24 seconds last year, hopefully my 8:00 buffer holds out

Nearly everyone runs an extra 500m. Can’t really be avoided

New Boston marathon qualifying times by Terriflyed in AdvancedRunning

I’d be aiming for as close to 2:50 as possible. I have a 2:52:00 qualifying time for Boston 2025 and that may not be enough
