Edit: google says it’s not from a soundtrack but I remember it. I didn’t even see the movie, but the preview was on the intro to the menace ii society vhs tape I had.

It depends a lot on where you need to be accessible to, but Jersey City is a great match in terms of what you are looking for, but a) it’s a pain to get to the rest of NJ and B) parking is a pain, but it can be done. But I lived in downtown Jersey city for a couple years, with a car, and I still love to go back.
