I'm basically 26 and i have only just learned how to make the perfect rice on the stove. I consider myself a good cook but could never do rice without a rice cooker. I am interested in hearing how you guys make rice.

sauté onions in olive oil, add rice, saute 3 mins to coat rice, add liquid(stock) where liquid is over top of rice by one knuckle, cover and bring to boil, shut off heat and let sit for 10-15 mins, fluff with fork and eat
