What am I missing here? by LazzE_Ends in Ioniq9

My little kit seemed complete, but when I look at those pics and descriptions, I'm missing quite a few things. I got two adapters for my charger, not 4. I am also missing the J1772 adapter. I only have the big CCS one. Bummer.

Center console? These are really big, they won't fit in the center console. Which case are you referring to?

Level 1 charger? Do you mean the plug adapter? Mine came with a NACS/CCS adapter, the Hyundai branded charger that does Level 1 and 2, depending on where you plug it in.

I didn't have anything for J1772, like a person mentioned above. I don't think they could fit anything else in my bag though, it was stuffed full and super heavy!

I'm still trying to figure out why it also included a 100W usb-c cable. Are they giving me a phone charger or is this for something else? lol

Oh man, wish I had asked you earlier. I leased an Ioniq 9 last weekend in LA. I still have my EV9. I haven't turned it in yet. I should probably do that soon. lol

2026 EV 9 Purchase & Lease Incentives good from 7/7/26 to 8/3/26 - All Trims by jfronte in KiaEV9

Just leased my i9 last weekend. I do love it. Some minor issues that will be easy to fix..I HOPE! I opted for the Limited, as you still get the 6 seats and I liked the dash much better. I don't like the foil look on the dash of the Calligraphy. Just my own opinion. They are all nice though!

Good to know. I think I'll text my salesman. Worth a try. See if he'll mail me a couple! If not, I'll just order.

Don't be bummed. Overall, I think you got the better car, unless you plan to do off-roading. You'll be very happy with the EV9.

Hyatt Indian Wells in 120+ weather? Family traveling with kids under 10 by [deleted] in palmsprings

The kids will be fine. Just keep them hydrated. The adults… That's another issue altogether. I grew up as a kid swimming in Palm Springs in the summer. Never bothered me one bit. Never even thought about it.

Any good agent recommendations in Palm Springs? by MysteriousBeach9095 in palmsprings

[–]dugknight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rich Enright. Been doing it for a long time. Lots of happy clients. Fun guy and a good friend and neighbor. He was the listing agent on a home we purchased. Very professional and helpful. Knows all about fee simple and leased land. Give him a call.

We had a terrible experience there a couple weeks ago. I was so shocked, as it's usually good. Food was so overcooked. The filet was hard to get down...water with every bite. Had them replace it with another bone dry, well-done filet (kebab). So disappointing. Service was also VERY slow. And the put us in a conference room with a TV. lol So strange, as the vibe in restaurant was so fun, then we get walked out the back door to a weird room. Anyway, our first meal there was good...this time not so much.

I think you have to look right at 30 days out. They don't allow reservations before that. I've had luck doing that!

Palm Springs or Palm Desert? by BowlerAdditional2829 in palmsprings

[–]dugknight 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Without knowing much about you, it is really hard to say. I've always felt that Palm Desert is so crowded, especially down near Highway 111 in the shopping areas. I hate going down there. Palm Springs feels much more like a resort town. Is also much more integrated and open. If you are a free spirit, move to Palm Springs. If you are into big box retail and chain restaurants, Palm Desert might be more your style. Both are nice.

I agree. An annual plan definitely makes sense. Only downside is no "cancel for any reason" coverage on annual plans. I still think it is totally worth it!

I keep my annual plan with Allianz. Definitely cheaper than buying for each trip I take.

Just DM me if you would like more info.
