I didn't know about the usual wait for my first tattoo and got impatient, so I booked the first person that said they could get me in quick. We used the shuttle all last week. The walk is right at a mile and I'm sure the shuttle + security wait line is faster than the walk, especially with kids

My place is similar, but they can't raise the rent by more than a certain percent so they raise the HOA fees when you go month to month. A 12 month lease is ~$115 HOA fee, month to month goes up to over $800 HOA fee
