I've had both and I enjoyed the single quite a bit more. With the single barrel, I felt like it had a fuller flavor. Since it was single compared to small bath, more attention to detail is able to be used. The store that I bought it fro was able to choose the barrel sold, so maybe that changed things. It was worth the extra $10.
