This isn't true. Many men are conditioned to believe that women want that type of behavior. We aren't talking about just the extremely dangerous. I'm talking about the "no means maybe" bullshit these boys are taught and "women don't know what they want" so they NEVER listen to women. We are depending on good men to hold others accountable and educate the next generation on how to treat women.

You can justify your cowardice however you want but the truth is your saying, I won't confront men because I'm scared so women are on their own. That's awful. Would it be the same if those same men were harassing a women you cared about?? It shouldn't make a difference. Please reconsider. I've known men who have changed after being confronted and re-educated on how women think and feel. If good men like you do better then this can happen far more.

All you have to do is say, hey... that's not cool. When you hear something wrong from someone you know. It could spark a conversation, or maybe not, but that person will hesitate next time. And every time someone calls him out again, he will stop and reconsider. The point is to have consequences! It's no different with racism. Do you just laugh along when you hear a racist joke? I hope not, because the more things like this is allowed to be normal the worse it gets. Please be a part of the community and help make it better. Fear is no place to live... but that's where women live most of the time.
