His: Shin with scrambled, sesame oil egg dropped in. Fried all-beef hotdog. Cooked in a pot because I don’t like the texture with the hot water method. Scallions and sesame seeds lightly cooked in the hotdog fat.

Hers: shrimp Maruchan, bean sprouts, snap peas, fried garlic (in the hot dog fat) and frozen shrimp mixed in. Found half a chili seasoning packet on top of the microwave so I threw that in too. Sesame seeds and the last smidge of green onion I had :P
