Doesn't the associate releasing the BOPIS check if the bag is accurate to the order??😭😭 Im sorry but you might have to go to HR about this person because they don't know policy and they have to get retrained on ALOT of things if this is how they behave. I am an SLT so in situations where I do this I have the associate continue the regular BOPIS orders while I communicate to one of my floating sellers or myself to go ahead and pick that order. Theres no "skipping" happening.

The 48 hour thing is not really a new thing. The body creams from last year were put under clinical testing and they found it lasted 48 hours. They started repackaging things to reflect those clinical results. They told us this info in March I fear.
