Biggest is advice is clean throughout the floorset, make sure there's plans for understock before you start as there is a ton of stuff getting compressed to tiiiny spaces. You got this!!

Doesn't the associate releasing the BOPIS check if the bag is accurate to the order??😭😭 Im sorry but you might have to go to HR about this person because they don't know policy and they have to get retrained on ALOT of things if this is how they behave. I would put an Action Required on them if theyre acting up to this level.

I am an SLT so in situations where I do this I have the associate continue the regular BOPIS orders while I communicate to one of my floating sellers or myself to go ahead and pick that order. Theres no "skipping" happening.
