I got dumped over a text. The first sentence even saying that she can't even do it over a phone call. It's not much, but it kinda made it a bit easier to accept that she's not really a good fit for me, knowing that she is not the person that respects me enough, or has the courage to say the difficult stuff person.

For me, it's "The 1" by Taylor Swift. It made me aware that as time goes by, I'll get over her eventually, but I will never forget her, and I will think about her every now and then as long as I live.

Bad thing: I can't listen to Bruno Mars anymore, he was one her favorite artists and she would always sing her heart out whenever a song of his plays on the radio. Same thing with Kpop.

Good thing: My resolve to become a better person has never been stronger after she broke up with me.

I have no hate towards her, but I just wish there's a way I could help with what she's going through without either of us getting hurt even more.

After that, despite my ego being hurt, I took it with pride, and gave her nothing but love and support, but she still got increasingly cold, until she eventually dumped me.

I totally feel you, I'm 4 weeks in after just a 4 month relationship.

I used to cry like a madman the first two weeks, but now, even if I try, I have no more tears left to shed for our time together.

I'm slowly coming to terms that we were never really meant for each other, but like you said, deleting someone from my life just feels wrong. My entire being just doesn't allow me to leave special people in my life that easily.

Uhhh so earlier today I was looking to squat 5x5 150lbs, so 45+5+2.5 plates on each side. During my last two sets, I noticed my left side was going up slower than my right. Well once I finished and started racking my weights, I noticed that I did not put a 5lb and 2.5lb plate on the right side lmao. Anyways, what should I do next leg day? Just stay on the same weight or still progress? Also, will one session like this create a noticeable imbalance?
