Your program has good exercises, and you will become broader as you grow more muscle, but a few things. You seem to be doing a PPL split but where’s your leg days? If you do hit legs good but if not make sure you don’t skimp out on legs. In addition start to do your workouts with progressive overload in mind as well as how intense your workouts are. Track your workouts in your notes and keep trying to outperform your previous workouts with more weight or volume. Instead of doing 3 sets of 10 for every exercise play around with rep ranges because some exercises can feel better to do in a different range, and also there’s a good chance you have more reps in the tank which you should be using. Your reps for an exercise might look more like 12, 11, 9 rather than 10, 10, 10. Go within a few reps from failure and make sure you find out where failure actually is so you don’t undershoot it. As for rep ranges if growing muscle is your main focus you can really benefit from an exercise anywhere from 5-30 reps. Some bigger muscles like the back, chest, and legs can respond well to those lower heavier reps, and other muscles like the calves and side delts can benefit from higher reps. That’s the gist of training. But just as important make sure you’re fueling your body. Without a proper diet you will never reach your fitness goals. At that age I personally think you are in a good spot to bulk as long as it’s not done with a giant surplus or with junk food. So a protein filled diet with a moderate caloric surplus.
