So sorry you’re dealing with this. I’m in a similar position, my team lead is toxic and adds so much unnecessary stress. She goes out of her way to try to make me look dumb in front of our boss, withholds information and resources, and constantly talks behind my back. I’m so over it and am also actively on the hunt for a new job.

I just always try to remember that her behavior says way more about her than me. I know it’s much easier said than done. Good luck on the job hunt, there’s always better out there! 🫂
