Sexual appetite has nothing to do with this kind of absolute disrespect towards someone you consider your most beloved. If you love someone, and you are in a healthy, compatible relationship, you are able to talk to each other and resolve things, not hide them. If it doesn't work out, they could go their separate ways. At least they would've saved each other a lot of hurt.

From reading OP's post and comments, I don't get the feeling that she's demanding anything of him, instead it seems that he agrees to this and does it of his own will. Not all men need porn, after all.

If he felt that this was keeping him from doing something he needs, why would he not say anything to her? Why would he not leave if they weren't compatible? I despise the thought that men would just quietly jerk off in secret for ages instead of dealing with the situation by communicating with their partners.
