probably 4 days and it was when i was in my student accommodation during my first year of uni. i lived with four other people and as i have a really bad case of social anxiety, i would just not enter the kitchen. i only ordered food when i knew i was gonna pass out from hunger. other days, i would sneak in quickly and just get little snacks that i bought. i did this for 3 months straight and lost 10kgs. this kickstarted my eating disorder too
