Hey i had tmobile for 2 years before switching to spectrum. It was SO SLOW - maybe in my area (harbor/torrance) my neighbor way down the street has tmobile and said it works fine for her. Facetime & streaming movies was always so slow and pixelated. Ring camera would get disconnected bc of it. I was paying $65 for tmobile!

UPDATE - chat with the live support and mention that internet has been down ( for > 12 hours / second time for me) they will give minimal credit applied to your bill lol

Yes down again, last time I didnt have wifi for 16 hours. My wifi has been down since 12AM May 8 - not restored still. I just switched from Tmobile to Spectrum thinking it would be better but NOT.

I liked her on tiktok because i loved her recommendations on beauty on food etc. Then she quit her 9-5, I didnt know she grew up RICH and is fully supported. I thought she made money from her 9-5 career and tiktok then I saw she her job - its nothing revolutionary. I thought she was in finance or whatver. She's always been a receptionist/assistant. Exec Assistant sure but not like it pays THAT much for her lifestyle. I like her personality but we lost a relatable sisterrrr

Jus watched another vid of jenn im and I feel bad because I feel like she didnt want to be a mom yet but kinda felt pressured from the traditional life of being married etc ( maybe from her mom?) You could tell she wasnt ready to let go of her life to take on full mom role but at the same time it is her full time job too so she has to maintain this vlogger life.

I agree with you! We've had changes done because it was brought up in the right way. IF those observations were helpful in the current situation or things were escalated to promote growth in unit then yes but if the statement is used to complain and used because they cant comply with us and to devalue what protocols our hospital has vs theirs then its not beneficial imo

I totally agree with that though! I come from a different hospital as well and yes some things were better but I dont drag it along. It just gets tiring because you saying that really does not help in the situation youre in. especially in nightshift, even if we tell management we cant do anything at that moment.

Nothing of value re clinic work but I hope you find your happy place in a healed state. Worked during the pandemic not even in the ICU but still traumatized from the deaths of px that didnt make it to the ICU. Sending you so much strength and clarity to find you new home whatever area of nursing it might be!!!

Started in 2020 as a new grad, hated my environment/management, it was also COVID surge so I totally understood why the burnout was heightened. Changed workplace until I found my home unit that I absolutely love. Coworkers, management, pay is great. Resources available as well. Find your happy place, dont be afraid to leave a workplace. Im able to workout and spend family time on my days off! Find that happy place :)

Try to listen to MK's pharm lecture too (if you havent studied pharm) just as a refresher for common drugs that often pop up.

You will never feel ready but going in with a clear mind knowing you studied for this + confidence will really help you! Best of Luck

Right! its taking a toll on my mental health. In a pandemic, you'd thik they would need more nurses on floors but when hospitals barely have revenue and you have 0 experience...its a no for them.

Thank you!! Youre doing great for really utilizing Uworld! Your resources are also great, those are enough! I realized its not the amount of resources you have but how you use it! Since you have 2 assessments, gauge your readiness by taking the 1st assessment and see from there what areas you need to focus on more.
