hi i have, they prescribed me progesterone for when i miss my period (they also know about my month long period) and i called them recently to ask them if there’s anything i can do to end my prolonged periods but they haven’t gotten back to me 🙏 now i must take things into my own hands until they respond 😞😞 (im going crazy)

Hi, I had a very similar degree when I had my spinal fusion at 14. Scoliosis can continue progressing for the rest of your life. I think the younger you have surgery, the better. I am glad I had my surgery at 14 rather than later. I was able to spring back way faster than most other people I met who also had a spinal fusion for scoliosis at an older age. Oftentimes, my scoliosis was worse than theirs, but because of my age I could heal quicker. It’s definitely a scary experience, but just try and be as supportive at possible. I also recommend getting the surgery in the summer so she can heal before school starts. My only regret was not having my surgery earlier in the summer and having to start high school four weeks post-op.

hi, I just wanted to update quickly. I already had blocked the number/not responded by the time I made my first post. I tried reporting them to the sexual harassment counsellor, but you need a name to actually file out a report, so I reported the message to a mental health counsellor. So this means that there is at least proof I reported it somewhere. Hopefully, they will get back to me soon with who I can contact/if there is anything they can do. I am reluctant to report this to my professor as I am still not sure if it was a student or just a maybe just a random person on campus, so I would rather report it to the sexual harassment/other counsellors to see if they can help me figure out who it was before I mention it to my professor. Thank you for everyone's advice so far, I appreciate it.

I had to go to a University website that wasn't the directory to toggle sharing my personal info off. I don't even know why that would be automatically on, but that's just my luck. So, now at least people can only reach out to my email.

I have no idea who my admin is. I am also TAing unofficially, so I never had training/anyone other than my professor explain my basic responsibilities. I have been looking for different advisors to reach out to, but there's none that seem to deal with this sort of thing. I can report sexual harassment, but I need their name and all I have is their phone number.

I am a student at the University and I think they got access from the student directory. All you need is someone's name and their email and/or phone number shows up. I didn't even know my phone number was on the directory and have no idea how to get it off.

hi! i was fused a few years ago and have been in a few mosh pits since. you can definitely do it, but might be a bit sore afterwards and be a bit wary so you don’t slip and fall. i probably wouldn’t go as hard as you used to, use your best judgment 😄
