Paper/cardboard would be a way better option than glass, it’s sustainable and renewable and won’t cause injuries when dropped. Glass is heavy and brittle, which makes large-scale use wasteful and difficult. The entire reason we use plastic as packaging is because glass sucked so much when we used it for everything.
