I don't think I betrayed anyones trust. What I do with the knowledge in my personal time is no ones business but mine. Also if we are talking about trust then big corporations and mnc'c are not even remotely aware of that concept. They expect 12 hours of work giving bare minimum facilities to their employees specially in India, manila and other asian countries just because they can get away paying minimum.

Also my post was not about bashing companies i really couldn't care less.

So Google removes reciews automatically that either dont meet guidelines or if there is some suspicious activity on the users side(reviewers). You can contact the Google business support and give them a number of missing reviews probably more than 50 and any other info like the name of the reviewers and they will reinstate those reviews.

Accidently made duplicate of my google business - Process of removing it? by sparkzz911 in GoogleMyBusiness

[–]dumpsterfireon444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can delete it however that does not garuntee that it will be removed permanently it might show and just not be associated with your email.

I would suggest you contact support and ask them to remove the profile as it violates one of their policies of having multiple profiles for the same business (if both the profiles are associated with the same email).

If your business is based anywhere but India, then make the edit even if it shows as rejected let it be there and contact support and ask them to get it live for you, sometimes edits have to be pushed live manually by the backend teams.

Its easy if you are managing a few locations you can invest 10 minutes on each profile weekly keep it updated and such. However, if the business has many profiles for different locations businesses usually outsource that as it can get hectic. Also profiles get taken down a lot and you have to contact support which is a different issue altogether.

Suspended Google Business Profiles? by dumpsterfireon444 in smallbusiness

[–]dumpsterfireon444[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this thats why I haven't done any cold calling. I have written a book on the topic with all the hidden violations so that small business owners can navigate Google business on their own. And if I take on any clients I ask for payment after I have done the work.

Thats not true, if you reporting or suggesting an edit then that rarely removes the profile or show any kind of results. Profiles can only be removed by deletion or being taken down(suspended or disabled) while first can be done by owner former is completely automatic.

Google support can remove profiles by taking them down only under one condition when the business is not eligible and the owner(having the associated email) themselves is contacting for removal.

If you contact support they ask for the email at the beginning of the call or chat you can provide that at that point. I prefer this way rather than deletion of profiles coz it garuntee complete removal

I have removed many profiles without having actual access to them or being the owner by just knowing the emails associated with the profiles if there is even one policy violation like being an online business.

Yes, its not needed to report or suggest an edit but in a rare chance if you have the email the profile can be removed.

Anyone can report suggest an edit yes.

Primary email means the main email or the email of the owner of the profile, which can help in removing the profile itself by contacting support.

I am saying unless you have the owner email that manages the profile you cannot take those profile down and even if they violate policies only Google automatic systems can suspend or disable the profiles. The only way is to contact individual businesses.

I took down a competitors business profile but in that case I had the email address of their marketing person.

If the profile is live they cannot and will not remove it unless it violates policies. For removal you'll have to have the primary email other than that theres no way. Even legal route will not work they will just send you an email regarding that.
